Holyhead Breakwater

The breakwater lighthouse is used daily by ferries entering and exiting the busy port of Holyhead. It is at the extreme end of the breakwater that is approxiately 1.75 miles long. Owned and operated by the Stena ferry company, it can be visited but is not normally open to the public. (Photo: Ken Trethewey, 2014)
